Important Information
With few exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Chicgarbool E-Gift Card. Chicgarbool does not issue store credit for original shipping charges.
All items on sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
With few exceptions, prepaid return labels are not provided; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Online Returns Policy
Please contact us at [email protected] to purchase a shipping label directly from us to initiate the return process! We will provide you with step-by-step instructions for your return.
Please ensure compliance with our Return Policy when sending back your item(s):
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- All returns must include an order packing slip indicating the returned items. Incorrectly filled slips may delay processing.
- When returning items from multiple orders, include an order packing slip for each relevant order.
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Chicgarbool E-Gift Card.
- Chicgarbool is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Unrequested returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This occurs if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) delivery is unsuccessful, or (3) the customer refuses delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages are restocked, and store credit is issued in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns suggestive of “wardrobing.”
- Irregular or excessive returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to customers or entities engaging in similar actions.
Non-Chicgarbool items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Exchanges for Online Purchases
Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges for online purchases. The recommended method for exchange is to return for store credit and repurchase.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. We will address and resolve the issue promptly upon receiving your request.
Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing once received at our Distribution Center. Store credit will be issued for future use, with E-Gift Cards redeemable immediately and never expiring.
